All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after order confirmation (excluding weekends and public holidays).
Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification with tracking information.

Processing times may be extended during promotional periods or peak seasons.


Shipping Fees & Delivery Time

Shipping fees are automatically calculated and displayed at checkout.
All delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Actual delivery times may vary depending on destination, carrier, customs processing, or other uncontrollable factors.

We currently offer shipping to the following regions:

Additional countries or regions may be added in the future.


Duties, Taxes & Import Fees

Product prices displayed on the website do not include customs duties, import taxes, brokerage fees, handling fees, or other charges imposed by local governments or carriers.

Any duties, taxes, or import-related fees incurred are the responsibility of the customer.
Nexbuy is not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance procedures.


Shipping Notification & Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing a tracking number.
Tracking information may take 24–48 hours to update in the carrier’s system.


Shipping Delays

Nexbuy is not responsible for delivery delays caused by carriers, weather conditions, customs inspections, or other force majeure events.


Lost or Stolen Packages

If the tracking status shows “Delivered” but the package is lost or stolen, Nexbuy is not responsible.
Please contact the shipping carrier directly and provide the tracking number for assistance.


Incorrect Address

Please ensure that the shipping address entered at checkout is accurate and complete.
Nexbuy is not responsible for delivery issues caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.
